Granada offers a wide variety of international cuisine, with special profusion on arabic cuisine restaurants and are famous for the Trevelez Ham, cured in the snow, the migas alpujarreñas and the refreshing cold soup of White Garlic, made from milled almonds, and fried beans with ham.
